1. How can I order the products?
With a few simple and easy clicks, you can place your order directly here on our website.

2. What payments processors do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal and credit cards. If you do not have a Paypal account, you are able to checkout as a guest, and pay via credit card (Visa) inside the paypal checkout page.

3. What if I don't like the product?

We do hope you love what you purchased, but within 14 days you can email us if you have any issues with the product. After our team reviews the issue, we will contact you with how we can proceed.

Should a refund be issued, there is a 7% refund handling fee on all payments.

Payments will be returned in the same method paid. Refunds are normally issued within 24hrs of the confirmation.

4. How would I recieve the product?

After checkout you will be redirected to a page where you can download the product. In addition, we will send you an email with the link to download product.

5. I sent a message to customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
